Design knowledge, like most things, doesn’t come from a class or a book (though those are certainly important), but from the world around us.

After visiting over twenty countries, I’ve tried to gather design knowledge from these cultures and anthropological lessons about how they live, their lifestyles, and what they love. Observation of this kind is sure to make us better designers and hopefully also better humans.
